CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you know you are going to be late, please call me immediately to let me know. If you are going to be over 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid not finishing your service or impacting the next client. If we do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for being over 10 minutes late, a 25% fee may apply.
